I've been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. My approach to counselling is person-centered, creative and flexible. I draw on techniques from various theoretical orientations (i.e. CBT) in direct response to the kind of issues my clients are working on and to find the "best fit" for my clients. I'm always looking for practical tools to share with my clients, recognizing their varying strengths and abilities, and always with the goal of maximizing therapeutic benefit.
